The stability ball is the perfect partner
for basic Pilates to enhance your workout.

Once the basic fundamentals of Pilates
are understood and mastered
(after about 10 sessions)
the use of the stability ball will jump-start
dormant muscles and reflexively stimulate
deep and surface muscle fibers.

The muscular activation of an exercise
performed on the stability ball doubles
when compared
to the same exercise done
on a stable surface.
