I opened the doors of Studio 88 in 2004 it has been my continual aim
to share both my love of movement
and my knowledge of Yoga/Pilates
so as to guide each individual into a deeper understanding of the
as well as the value of properly controlled breathing.
I am convinced that the regular practice of Yoga/Pilates not only improves physical health in many ways but also provides the
resilience needed to cope with the daily stress we are all subject
I encourage my students to practice regularly and provide the
opportunity to exercise each and every day in a supportive environment
and a friendly stress-free atmosphere. Offering a range of courses,
Studio 88 welcomes the beginner
as well as the advanced student.

The Studio program comprises 13 group
classes per week, given in French and English,
plus private lessons
for groups or individuals by reservation.
Conveniently located beside
the Montreux train station, the Studio’s wooden floor
windows provide a warm light-filled setting for the classes.
