By using
resistance (hand weights,
elastic resistance bands, the magic circle
or ones own body weight)
the TBS class will sculpt,
tone and trim every part of the body.
To reap maximum benefit from this class,
I recommend, and find it very useful,
to first understand
the Pilates powerhouse contraction.
Each class will have a warm up and a cool down phase and will include targeted
exercises for the abdominals,
thighs, buttocks, arms and back muscles. |
