Gentle Yoga
A gentle multi level hatha yoga class
focused on deep breathing,
muscular flexibility, joint mobility and stress reduction.
Yoga TBS - Total Body Sculpting
This power yoga class incorporates resistance
training (hand weights, elastic resistance bands,
the magic circle or body weight) into the classic yoga exercises,
so increasing muscular endurance
while sculpting the larger surface muscles.
Vinyasa Yoga
This dynamic class moves you through
a flow of positions (Asanas) linked to each other, and connected
together through a deep breathing pattern (Pranayama) and attention
to alignment. |
