To maintain healthy shoulders for a long-lasting practice It's important to build tensional integrity on
and around the shoulder girdle.
Mobility and Stability along with flexibility are three pillars that support the well-being of the Shoulders.
Naturally this doesn't apply equality to every practitioner,
It's important to consider the condition of each individual and understand their limitations
and body arquitecture so we can provide the adequate practice.
Here we'll also look at the Functional Anatomy and Bio mechanics of the shoulders
and shoulder girdle applied to the Yoga practice.

Note: This is a workshop to learn how to balance the shoulders applying the Yoga practice,
It's NOT a session for healing someone's personal shoulders problems.
That should be done at an adequate time with a professional therapist, yoga teacher or medical physician.
